2.1 Creators

When you sign up as a Creator, we collect data necessary to build your "Universal Profile" and match you with brands:

• Identity Data (Name, Handle, Profile Image).
• Performance Data (Social Media stats, Niche, Location).
• Financial Data (For payout processing via our payment partners).

2.2 Brands

When you sign up as a Brand, we collect:

• Business Information (Company Name, Industry, Billing Details).
• Campaign Data (Goals, Budget, Target Audience).

3. How We Share Your Data (The Marketplace)

This is the core of our service.

For Creators: By accepting an invite to a Gig, you agree to share your relevant profile data and contact information with the hiring Brand for the duration of the campaign.

For Brands: When you invite a creator, your campaign details are shared with them.

Note: We do NOT sell your data to third-party ad networks. We only strictly share data required to facilitate the "Service Agreement" between Creator and Brand.

4. Partner Program Tracking

If you participate in our Partner Program, we track sales generated through your unique referral link/code. This data is used solely to calculate your commissions.
