Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Craly (the "Platform"), operated by Exhibot Technologies ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2. Account Responsibilities

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform as a Brand or Creator.

2.2 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Craly is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

3. The Marketplace

3.1 Service Agreements

When a Brand hires a Creator through Craly, they enter into a direct Service Agreement. Craly facilitates this agreement but is not a party to it.

3.2 Escrow & Payments

Brands: You agree to fund the agreed campaign budget into our secure escrow account before work begins.

Creators: Funds are released to your wallet only upon satisfactory completion and approval of the deliverables by the Brand.

3.3 Disputes

In the event of a dispute, Craly reserves the right to mediate. Our decision regarding the release of escrow funds is final and binding.

4. Fees & Commissions

Service Fees: Craly may charge a service fee to Brands on top of the campaign budget.

Partner Program: Commissions (up to 20%) are paid on net sales of Exhibot hardware. We reserve the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud.

5. Intellectual Property

User Content: Creators retain ownership of the content they produce, unless otherwise agreed in the specific Service Agreement. By uploading content, you grant Craly a license to use it for marketing purposes.

Platform IP: The Craly brand, logo, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Exhibot Technologies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exhibot Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
